My favourite novel..❤️❤️
Today I'm going to tell you about a story I read with great interest in my life.It is a novel by Annie Lori based on the life experience of Ann Hall White. The original work is The Suitcases, a novel by American author Anne Hall Whitt based on her life experiences. The story revolves around the lives of three little girls who survived the Great Depression of the 1930s in the US state of North Carlifonia.
Their lives unfold here after three girls who were left helpless due to the untimely death of their mother and the poverty and neglect of their father are taken into government custody. Betty, Anne and Caroline are the three girls. The black-clad woman arrives following a complaint from a neighbor that the children are not going to school, not getting proper food and not taking a bath. She has a coffee book in her hand. "Why is there no food in this ice box?"
“What was the last day you guys bathed?
"Why do you guys have to be in school?"
These are the questions she asks the girls. There are no answers to these questions because they are correct. The three suit cases carrying the black spoon woman become the usual symbol of moving forward with the girls' lives. The three girls who are handed over to devoted parents often get to spend a short time in such homes. This is because of the incompatibility of adults or their children. Thus, it becomes a way of life for a black woman to carry three suitcases with her and look for new parents from time to time.Annie's stream of thoughts reflects on the dark stream of their lives before they meet their mother and father, which completely change the lives of the three girls.
Thus the house where Jennings Nie, his wife and daughter Marilyn live gradually becomes their home.
There are also opportunities for those who have dropped out of education. Most importantly, Mrs. Nie was tactful in understanding the girls' weaknesses and strengths, and strategizing so that they had the strength to move forward in the face of challenges.
But disciplining Annie for education is difficult for Mrs. Nie and teachers.
Annie has the opportunity to study at a special college set up for the last, least privileged. Annie, who lives by sharing her joys and sorrows with children who have lost their mothers or fathers, is on the right track. Mrs. Nie had by then become Annie's "mother." The secret of Annie's success in life is to receive the motherly love of her mother, who lost her birth mother. After completing her studies, Annie becomes the secretary of a director of a company in Washington, D.C., and decides to attend her father's funeral.
The main reason why Annie Lowry's novel is so sensitive and socially significant is that Annie Holwitt's access to her subjective feelings more openly. It is also characterized by an optimistic view of the suffering of her and her sisters, as well as an attempt to understand the feelings of the victims rather than to hate the oppressive machine.
The black-clad woman who works in the Department of Social Services reflects the government's view of providing for the lives of children who are stranded for economic, social or other reasons. The main purpose of Annie Lori's novel is to open our eyes to the lives of billions of children around the world who are dying, becoming destitute or becoming workers for a variety of reasons.
